  Previously helped well but now multiple experiences with bad service. New bike not checked before delivery, returned half but fixed, seems to have no interest in it anymore.

  After 8 months back with 2nd pair of cycling shoes that I used 8 times. Again sole loose and Bianchistore (Gerrit) would call back (didn't) and comes with message.... I can't do anything about this!!!!! Very sad. Very bad service

  Bianchi Aria 105 ordered online, size 57 was no longer directly available. When asked by the shop at Bianchi a few days later it was offered for 2599 euros. Shipping to Germany approx. 5 days for 39 euros. Original package arrived here undamaged. Therefore everything is good.

  Very nice store! Super friendly and helpful people. Gerrit and Gerrit are ready for the customers. Very nice help with the Bianchi bicycle bags. Recommended this store.
